the GATED COMMUNITY of PLAYACAR (just a short walk from
PLAYA DEL CARMEN), a fabulous condo resort that offers you

course you can also swim and dive in the beautiful azure
sea. Golf is waiting to be enjoyed on the champion course
out the back door or shop till you drop. Enjoy the night
life on the famous 5th Avenue located just a 10 minute walk
from PASEO DEL SOL condominiums and if you prefer, taxis are
cheap and abundant. You may also choose to take the
ferry from Play del Carmen over to Cozumel for a day trip of
shopping or diving on the famous Planacar Reef.

addition to the pool which features a resistance flow area
for the exercise enthusiast, PASEO DEL SOL CONDOMINIUMS
offers a fully equipped GYM, TENNIS COURT, LOBBY BAR,
CONFERENCE ROOM and GAME ROOM with a common ROOFTOP TERRACE
for parties or BBQ's and breathtaking ocean-view sunsets.
Across the street THE REEF CLUB provides beach access,
lounge chairs, pool towels, tennis and the gym with the use
of our day pass. You can purchase a day pass from the REEF
CLUB which will provide you with food and beverages and
NUMEROUS ACTIVITIES (excluding motorized sports) like
kayaking, sailing, free scuba lessons (in their pool). For a
fee you can enjoy jet-skis, parasailing, banana boat rides,
water-skiing and more!

A vacation
spot that offers abundant charm, activities and true vacation
entertainment are all options for you to experience during your PARADISE holiday. From
jungle tours and Mayan ruins to endless ocean or Cenoté
snorkeling (east of the major Chichén Itzá ruins is an
unbelievable underground world the Mayans called Cenoté
which consists of fantastic deep water filled sinkholes
formed by water). 
There are fabulous diving trips
or you can swim with
the dolphins at Xel-Ha or the huge but slow, gentle
filter-feeding whale sharks (the
largest living fish species known). Visit Xcaret for the day at
an "eco-archeological theme park" (Disney-meets-National-Geographic). Xcaret combines
Yucatan Mayan history and tropical lagoon ecology into a fun
day-long experience. The result is very well-executed
and Xcaret is a terrific place for a family to spend a day
then stay over for a fantastic night show. (Xcaret is
approximately an hour's drive south of Cancun.)
